Appartement sympa mais prix un peu élevé

La location est sympa, avec un jardin et bien située. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est un peu élevé comparé aux prestations proposées. Nous étions 3 et je n'imagine pas être à 6 car la chambre cabine n'est vraiment pas agréable (odeur désagréable et accolée à une buanderie bruyante). Le propriétaire devrait faire quelques efforts comme réparer la serrure du portail ou changer le grille pain cassé par exemple.
