It is perfect for families with children: crystal clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a promenade with restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds and many nautical activities. And if you want to discover the culture of the Costa Dorada, you can visit Tarragona, Reus, etc. You'll love it!This lovely summer house, with capacity for up to 8 people, consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:The ground floor disposes of:- Terrace - Exterior porch of about 12 m2 with a dining table.- Small private garden with BBQ.- Pleasant living room with access to the terrace and garden.- Well-equipped independent kitchen- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes. - Full bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the upper floor there are:- Double en-suite bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a terrace.- Bedroom with bunk beds and one double bed with built-in wardrobes.GOOD TO KNOW:- Reservations for groups are not accepted.- With optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.- This house is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps at the entrance.- Perfect for a family holiday near the beach.- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a bathtub.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on request.
