Dreamy views of the Mediterranean Sea:
The apartment of 68m2 is located in the Panoramic urbanization of Miami Playa facing the sea only 1km from the town center, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views, plus private solarium and communal area with a swimming pool. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Parkplatzsituation, Baustelle und gesperrte Strände

Die ganze Uferpromenade ist eine Baustelle. Viele Straßen sind gesperrt, es gibt aber einen zentralen Schotterparkplatz ca 70m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Die Strände in der Nähe sind gesperrt, die Absperrungen werden durch Einheimische tagsüber geöffnet d.h. die Strände in der Nähe werden nicht überwacht. In der Beschreibung ist eine Tiefgarage auf den Fotos diese steht nicht zur Verfügung. Alles in allem war es unser Jahresurlaub den lässt man sich eben nicht kaputt machen durch Parksituation oder einen fehlenden Rettungsschwimmer. Die Anzeige auf fewo-direkt muss überarbeitet werden: die Bilder sind veraltet, es steht keine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung und die Zufahrtstrasse ist gesperrt wg Baustelle dies alles schon länger als 2 Jahre!! Die Frau vor Ort war Nett und erreichbar für die Baustelle oder die fehlerhafte Anzeige kann diese Frau ja nix.

Endroit Magnifique ++++

Excellente semaine passée dans cet appartement qui propose une vue vraiment superbe depuis l'intérieur, le balcon et le toit terrasse grâce à l'escalier. Très bonne literie matelas ferme, bon équipement, place de parking large. L'endroit était calme (mai), l'appartement propre et tout est fonctionnel.
