We did not like the way the bed was made. The sheets were just tucked under the ( approximately) 2 inch pillow top mattress on the bed which came off as you slept. Sloppy job!

The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Excellent location excellent staff and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Got a room with a beautiful view as well as access to the lounge. Well, worth paying extra for the access to the lounge.
