The room is in third floor without elevator and it is difficult for any seniors with a luggage. The room was cluttered with too many old things. Very small shower stall but it functions well. Heating works well. Very efficient and kind communications. Nice old kitchen in the second floor but we didn’t use it.

The building is lovely - traditional Italian construction with big Chestnut beams in the ceiling. The owner/manager is very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Idolina was a great hostess. We had a flitch on our reservation and she went above and beyond to fix it for us. Very friendly, and professional. She was always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. We had the best experience ever in Montalcino, and Idolina connected us with great people and recommendations.

Fulvia was a great host. Place is close to everything. She let us check in early. Breakfast was not onsite but there are 2 places down the road to chose from for the included breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and convenient

The property is in a convenient spot within the.village. Although some of.the ameneties were dated the property was very clean and sanitized for Covid. The owner was very helpful and available for questions at anytime. She provided amenities that made our stay very comfortable, including: espresso machine, fruit and pastries, glasses and dishes, bottled water, and wine (for purchase).

Very pleasant stay

Fulvia is a great host. She communicated well...in english too! Arranged our parking, found us when we were lost, and treated us very kindly. She has an amazing coffee maker...press buttons picturing what you want. It worked flawlessly. All in all a lovely stay and a good value.

Great little B&B in super location

This is a great little place! The location is excellent....right on the main shopping street of this beautiful town. Our room was large and comfortable with the amenities we needed. Historic surroundings do require some compromises - you do need to climb stairs to get to any room and the parking is a distance away although you can park nearby to unload. Our hostess was available most of the day as she also ran the wine store downstairs and was happy to suggest restaurants and make reservations. Breakfast is the usual small buffet - coffee and tea was available at all hours.

Great Stay in Beautiful Brunello Country

Montalcino is a great little village with amazing views and even better vino. B&B is a 4 room place with a decent free breakfast offered. B&B is located on one of the main town streets so perfect access to local shops and restaurants but can be a little loud in the mornings. All in all a great place that is associated with a local winery and the owners can arrange a tour if would like.

Montalcino is an enchanting town. Wonderful stay.

Montalcino is a wonderful town for exploring, and our hostess was very accommodating. Since the B&B is located within the walled city, she even drove with us in our car to help with parking. The room was charming Tuscan style with a wonderful view, comfortable bed, spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Brunello experience

As there was a plumbing problem with the B&B the owner had arranged for us to stay in a delightful apartment in a local tower. She also organised a visit to the associated winery the next morning. Wonderful views over the Tuscan countryside whilst tasting the excellent Brunello wine. The information was provided by a friendly and informative local guide. We would highly recommend a visit to Montalcino
