Really good older hotel with a great view.

This was an older hotel but right on the water with a great ocean view. Good spacious room with couch, table and chairs, a small fridge, and a coffeemaker. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Two small issues. The toilet is ridiculously small and the two rods that operate the curtains hand right where you walk. Otherwise, great

The hotel was very convenient, especially being right on the beach. The only thing we were very happy with was the bed. We booked King size bed, but the bed was so flimzy that you felt every movement the other person made, so therefore not allowing either myself or my husband a good night's sleep.

Everything was amazing except 1 minor thing, the sliding door wouldn’t close and it let bugs in, I would have liked to sleep with the sliding door open instead of the loud air conditioner, other then that, very convenient to walk around the hotel to the beach. Stay was amazing. I happen to stay at the very same room. My husband and our children stayed in over 10 years ago and that was just by luck.

Perfect Getaway

The room was very clean. Room was very nice simple but nice king bed very comfortable. View from balcony on the second floor ocean front was fabulous. Love that they had umbrellas and loungers to be placed on the bed by a great guy. All included while you stay there beautiful deck if you Prefer to seat deck side and not go on the beach

We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, But this by far was our best trip to date. The property was all that was promised. Clean and beautiful. It’s a must stay if your heading to Montauk.
