Could not enter hotel unless you were 25 we were 21 but they let us stay thankfully and we had a wonderful experience. Expedia should include if there are any rules like that.

This property is absolutely adorable! Blue and White sitting RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! We had our own little deck and then there is a long full deck for everyone to lie out in the sun. Beach is pristine and gorgeous! You can fall asleep listening to the waves. Walkable to downtown Montauk, little shops and restaurants. Only downside was the air conditiioning unit was really really loud. When it 'clicked on', it make so much noise. Need to replace and put in wall units that are super quiet. But, my Mom and I stayed her and loved it. Absolutely adorable! And, the location can NOT be beat! You will love it!

I loved my stay, the view was everything. But the hotel needs a renovation and maintenance, it is very old and not clean unfortunately
