Contemporary bioclimatic villa with pool in the Var

The parent'aise, bioclimatic villa of 220 m2 of contemporary architecture, enjoys a quiet location on the heights of Montauroux. You will discover a magnificent unobstructed view of the plain but also the hilltop villages of Callian and Montauroux. Harmoniously integrated in the heart of an olive grove of 35 acres, La parent'aise offers a perpetual green spectacle, observable both outside and from the inside, thanks to its many windows.

The pool sits at the foot of the oldest olive tree on the property. You can cool off among the olive trees while admiring the view. Facing south, the pool is secured by an electric shutter.

The refreshment of the villa is done by the combination of a provençal well and a VMC double flow for a feeling much more natural and pleasant than a traditional air conditioning.
The villa is located near Lake Saint Cassiens, 30km from Frejus, the beaches of St Aygulf and St Raphael, 40 km from Cannes and 60 km from Nice.

There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a refrigerator.

What a perfect place!

Peaceful retreat

Absolutely wonderful place. Laurent, Severine and their children plus Reuben the English Bulldog were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. Room and view were beautiful absolutely no downsides. Pool fantastic. A short walk to Montauroux. For peace and quiet and a place to recharge the batteries thoroughly recommend it.

A fabulous place!

Great hosts..nothing too much trouble. Glorious views across olive groves to mountains beyond. Accommodation stunning! Beautiful breakfast brought to our door complete with flowers or herbs! Pool wonderful. A relaxing 5 night stay. Séverine and Laurent were very attentive hosts. Thank you both!

Skøn lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt.

Ny lejlighed hos lokale værter. Dejligt værelse med stor terrasse og fantastisk udsigt. Dejlig morgenmad. Dejligt med et køleskab. Det eneste vi savner er et køkken. Vi kunne låne køkken hos værterne men vi synes det er at bryde privatlivets fred. Meget søde, stille og venlig familie som bor i stuen. Vi kommer måske igen.

Idyllische Ferienwohnung mit top Gastgebern

Moderne Unterkunft in ruhiger idyllischer Lage, schönem Blick von der großen Terrasse und tollem Pool im Olivenhain. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und für alles Nötige gesorgt. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und die gemeinsame Nutzung der Küche überhaupt kein Problem.

Fantastisk værtspar

Vi blev meget fint modtaget af det sødeste værtspar. Skønt værelse og beliggenhed og pool. Vi kunne bruge værtsparrets køkken og de hjalp med alt man havde brug for. Det var et dejligt ophold.

Wie könnte es schöner sein?

Schwierig!!! Es war einfach ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Selten so freundlich empfangen worden. Möchte man jenseits all des Trubels Urlaub genießen ist man hier genau richtig!! Ein Wiedersehen ist auf jeden Fall vorgesehen. Mehr fällt uns nicht ein, außer das wir uns bei Séverine & Laurent gar nicht genug bedanken können für die schöne Zeit :-) Grüße aus Dortmund Toni & Jens

Sehr schön ruhig und erholsam

Viel Ruhe und ein schöner Ausblick auf das Tal. Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar und immer ansprechbar. Eine Küche gibt es in der Wohnung leider nicht, aber man kann die des Vermieters mitnutzen. Schön war auch der Feigenbaum mit den leckeren Früchten.

Wunderbares Apartment mit den nettesten Gastgebern

Das Apartment ist ein Traum, in total ruhiger Lage mit einem super Ausblick und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Die Gastgeber Laurent und Séverine waren unendlich nett, immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind uns sicher: Dies ist die schoenste Ferienwohnung in der wir je in Suedfrankreich waren, und wir werden bald wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Montauroux. The room is very good and has a big bathroom, a very large terrace and a nice view. In addition, the swimming pool is great and they also have a big garden.

A pretty good place for awesome holidays!

We had a very good stay with Séverine and Laurent and their family. The house and the room is brand new and beautifully situated and equipped with everything you need. The sun terrace with the great view and the pool are wonderful. Because of the family and pets there is also some life in the house, which gave us a lot of joy. Therefore we had always a contact person and could spend some time with the hosts. In the village you have some possibilities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, a big lake with water activities and much more) and at the same time it is a place, where you can calm down and spend relaxing moments. You can reach the different places on the coast in less than one hour by car. Séverine and Laurent did everything to ensure that we had a great holiday. We felt very comfortable and we will be happy to come back for our next holiday in France!

Des vacances au paradis

Nous venons de passer un superbe séjour à la Parentaise. La maison est très belle , parfaitement décorée, avec tout le confort, de très beaux matériaux. Tout est là pour passer un séjour parfait : plancha, salon extérieur, grande table familiale .... La zone de piscine est très agréable avec de nombreux transats et parasols. Sévérité et Laurent nous ont conseillés à distance et Hubert est très accueillant, nous donne de nombreux conseils et fait partager son amour de la région et des oliviers ! Nous recommandons donc chaudement.

Tolles modernes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht
