The villa is located in one of the most renowned and beautiful areas of Tuscany. The interiors, very well furnished in a marine style, have recently been completely renovated with the utmost care and include: a large living room with fireplace and study, two bathrooms, three bedrooms with very welcoming views on the first floor; on the second floor there is a dining room which opens onto a large pergola equipped mostly with barbecue, a large kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, a bathroom, a bedroom and a closet-ironing room. But undoubtedly the highlight of this enchanting place are the attached outdoor spaces: a garden on four terraces with fabulous sea views, bordered by stone walls, with a wonderful Mediterranean vegetation.

Bed linen and towels can be provided upon previous request and for an extra fee.
