Umbria Private Villa Casamorena Relax and Nature

The house, recently built, has an independent entrance, internal parking space and has a ground floor, with living room, dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom and first floor, which is accessed via a wooden staircase that leads to a large mezzanine which leads to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom, for a total area of 115 m2.
Outside, the porch, furnished with a table and benches, leads to the garden, where the outdoor pool is located, complete with a solar shower, sun loungers, deckchairs, and a coffee table.
Continuing along the path, you'll find the park filled with olive, fruit, and ornamental trees, where a jogging path winds its way, leading to the fitness area.
Dogs are welcome, subject to an additional charge per dog for the duration of your stay.

Electricity fee (from June 1st to September 15th) to be paid upon arrival.
Heating fee (from September 15th to May 31st) based on consumption, to be paid upon check-out.
