Comfortable apartment which is situated in a small residential complex that is in very close proximity (1/4 mile) to Sangster International Airport and in a great location near to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs, town center, and up and down Montego Bay's hip strip (Jimmy Cliff Blvd). Doctor's Cave Beach and Margaritaville are in walking distance (2 km).

Apartment comes with air conditioning (in bedroom only) , cable tv, WiFi internet, hot water, microwave, blender, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron & board, safe, work station, and other furniture.

Guests are expected to be responsible for their own housekeeping and laundry needs while staying at the apartment. There is no daily service included for towels or linen. However an additional linen and towel set are stored in the bedroom.

The apartment is self-catered. We provide soap, toilet paper, hand towels, sanitizer, laundry detergent, disinfectant spray, garbage bags, etc., at check-in only. If you run out please buy your own.

Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool on property at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on hand.

Guests will have access to pool chairs, an outside wash basin and clothes lines.

Please note that the laundry facilities are strictly for guest use only. Not for visitors of guest.

A guest is only allowed to have a maximum of two (2) visitors on property at any given time.

Free parking is available. However it is entirely at your own risk.

The apartment complex is located in a quiet and predominantly residential area on a dead end street with a bar and restaurant just two doors down.

The playing of loud music both inside and outside of the apartment is prohibited.

Great view of Montego Bay from the Pool. Floyd was absolutely amazing and was always available and helpful whenever we needed him. The unit was great. Well-equipped , clean, with hot water and AC in bedroom.The complex only has a few units so you often have privacy and the pool to yourself. AND if your lucky enough like me, you may be able to taste a Sweetsop. Simply delicious.We will rent this property in the future and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

The first thing we took note of, on arrival, was how clean the apartment was. Everything was nicely laid out and in working order. We stayed for 10 days, and not once were are we needing to contact the owner for any replenishment or missing items.
