“Beautiful Stay, But the Food Needs Work

I recently stayed at Excellence and was thoroughly impressed by its stunning design, excellent service, and top-notch amenities. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not live up to the same high standard. While the presentation of the meals was decent, the flavors were quite underwhelming. Breakfast, in particular, felt repetitive, and the quality of the ingredients didn’t match the caliber of the hotel. I found myself dining outside for most meals, as the local restaurants offered far more satisfying options. Overall, is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for exceptional accommodations. Just don’t expect the food to be as impressive. With a few improvements in the kitchen, this hotel could easily become a perfect 10.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It feels like a waste of time and money. We paid extra for an oceanfront room, but upon checking in, we discovered that their "oceanfront" is actually just an ocean view. This feels like false advertising. The dining experience was frustrating as well—long waits of several hours for lunch and dinner due to the limited seating in their small restaurants, which seem inadequate for a property with 350 rooms. We came here expecting to relax, but the numerous rules and restrictions made it difficult to enjoy our stay. The atmosphere felt more suited to hosting wedding parties than providing a relaxing vacation experience. This will be our first and last visit to Excellence oyster bay Resorts.

Clean property. Tv are not smart tv’s really not many options. Entertainment should be better for the cost. Food is great. Wasn’t granted a late check out I asked on arrival said I just need to come day of, but was denied immediately. Overall great resort. I would recommend a better tv, and better entertainment. Not much to do.

We had a great time at Excellence Oyster Bay, food was great, entertainment was great, staff were all very friendly and attentive. Would suggest getting the upgrade to Excellence club as the additional restaurants and beach areas were well worth it. Not much of a repeat traveler but would definitely stay again.
