Relaxing but service was slow especially if you spend extra for VIP and think you get anything extra. We expected to be pampered more but had a better time/service at the main pool and restaurants. Do Not spend the extra money as there is no difference. Resort seemed to be only half full so restaurants were not open. May seem bad but perfect resort for parents getting away from kids. Won't book it again but enjoyed the trip.

My stay at this Excellence resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and true island hospitality. The views were absolutely breathtaking—turquoise waters, swaying palm trees, and golden sunsets that felt like a dream. The food was incredible! Every meal was bursting with flavor, and I especially loved the authentic Jamaican dishes like jerk chicken. The all-inclusive options made it easy to relax and enjoy everything the resort had to offer. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had that perfect tropical vibe. Whether we were lounging by the pool, sipping Bob Marley's or rum punch on the beach, or joining in on the nightly entertainment, there was never a dull moment. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of relaxation, culture, and fun, this Jamaican resort is it! I’m already planning my next trip back. One love!

The resort was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and exceedingly accommodating. The entertainment staff receives an A+++, specifically noting Martin & Jamayo. The food options were phenomenal and we really enjoyed the daily ice cream. We booked this as a group trip for my husband’s 40th birthday and it’s certainly a trip we will never forget! We will be back for sure!

The beaches and pools were lovely. The food was above average for an all inclusive. We loved the lobster house and spice hibachi, which needed a reservation. The staff were extremely friendly. My husband and I loved Excellence at Oyster Bay. The steakhouse was our favorite restaurant. There was plenty of lingers at the beach and pool. We had a great experience during our short stay. The Seasons transportation company was amazing as well.
