The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the top tier service we received from the minute we arrived at the resort until the time we check out. The property is beautiful. We loved our beach house. Having Excellence Club level, made a big difference for us. We enjoyed the daily resort activities and the nightly shows. Michael Jackson was entertaining. The beach is just enough & very clean. The staff really make you feel like royalty. Our favorite bartender is Rodney. Our favorite Guest Specialist is Trishana. She took great care of us & always checked on us during our stay. The Davids will be back. When we return we want to hear again, WELCOME HOME!

Food was horrendous. Steak gray- appeared boiled from a steak house. Half the menus at the restaurants they did not have available. Octopus and lobster dry and chewy. They wanted to substitute our grouper fish for mash potatoes. Unfriendly staff- felt as though we were bothering them. Subpar customer service. Luggage never arrived at room even after 2 hours when told it would arrive momentarily. Room service stated 45 minutes and it would consistent arrive in 1 1/2 hours. Towels not available at pool. When asked if someone could assist us they said not to worry and would be back in 5 minutes with towels . After 45 min they never returned. Paid for excellence club and one of their two excellence restaurants closes. Went to spa for a massage and facial. They forgot to add on the facial. Very disappointing for what we thought was going thought was going to be a 5 star resort
