Beautiful….Hard bed sneezing a lot. No robes and the VIP reward didn’t receive. Food was good and the drinks were even better. I wouldn’t stay again the bed was too hard and the fact that I sneezed every time I entered the room. Beautiful hotel, great staff but it’s a no.

This resort did not meet expectations, especially for the price. Upon arrival, we had to sign a document stating that the property was in disrepair and that some services were unavailable—none of which was disclosed during booking. Restaurant reservations were unavailable, leaving us with only the buffet, which was disappointing. On top of that, several services, including room service, required additional fees despite being advertised as all-inclusive. Overall, this was not the luxury experience we were promised.

This trip was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is clean and the amenities were plentiful. The staff were phenomenal, very personable, kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding at the Marketplace buffet and the 3 other Restaurants. The daily and nightly entertainment was perfect. The musicians were great! I would recommend this place for others to stay and even consider going back there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the S-Hotel, staff was friendly and very attentive to every need you have. Rooms and entire property very well cared for. Restaurants, pool areas, spas, bars, all staffed well and cater to your needs. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend booking through Expedia.

The Beach was amazing!! The S cafe was also a real gem all the ladies were so kind and made amazinglattes! The Bars and food were ok but we undersand the area was still feeling the aftermat of the hurricane.

The room was amazing and thoroughly cleaned everyday! The staff were so nice and attentive. The food was great for all inclusive. The main pool could have used more thorough cleaning and testing. The upstairs pool was wonderful and th me views up there were fantastic! The beach was lovely but be prepared for the cruise ship sailers as they occupy a large portion of the beach. Be prepared to make reservations for dinner, wearing a wristband and the towel service at the pool and beach to be very strict to one towel only. Overall a wonderful stay!

It is clear that guest comfort is a top priority, and that care is reflected in every detail. The food was outstanding. Each meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and consistently impressive. Dining at the hotel felt like an experience in itself, and we looked forward to every meal.
