Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the proximity of the Colli Euganei, with its hiking trails, golf courses, climbing cliffs and dirt roads with climbs and descents suited to mountain biking for the more adventurous.
400 metres from CaMagnolia, the "Villa Draghi" trail begins — a roughly 6 km route leading to a neo-Gothic villa surrounded by a large hillside park.
Other attractions in Montegrotto include the Y-40 pool in Montegrotto Terme, the deepest in the world and the only one fed by thermal water, offering the thrill of a deep dive; the archaeological area of Viale Stazione; the Butterfly Arc Butterfly House; the Glass and Spas International Museum of Art; as well as the Castello del Cataio in nearby Battaglia Terme and the Air Museum of San Pelagio.
