The lady in the front was very rude, the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in it when the lady in the front specified no smoking allowed. And I don’t like the fact that they need to ID every single person staying in the room( that’s just my opinion). The only person that was very attentive was the security guard. He even got my aunt a wheel chair to take her to the room. I forgot his name but he was very sweet

This was my second time staying here and I have to say I’m really upset since the first time I stay here it was amazing with everything. But this time it was totally the opposite. As soon it I walk it didn’t feel welcome and the reception was so rude. The room are not the cleanest like it was the first time I stay here.. the food was ok. Sad to admit but I’m not coming back here no more..

Was surprised with the quality of the food usually have a bad experience with hotel food, check in and check out was flawless. The bed was a little too soft for me but my girlfriend loved it. All in all great experience
