1.They kept belling and knocking in case we already hanging "no disturb" 2.They took away the towels but didn't put news, when we called frontdoor asking for towels three times the womon was so rude? she hang up the call twice. When my son went to looby to ask again in person because I was in 🚿 waiting the towel , the women was soooo rude to my son. She lied that the towels were outside my room but until he upstaired there was nobody sending the towels. We also find a dirty cloth hanging on the back of bathroom's door, just let them know the frontdoor said Only report when you check in. Very poor service, not worthy of a century-old historical hotel.

Old but in excellent condition, huge rooms with ample space, very large bathroom with real tiles, very clean and comfortable beds large vanity mirror and single sink, nice size closet and very nice air conditioning

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, our housekeeper Maria was friendly and professional. The gymnasium equipment needs to be fixed but the sauna was excellent.
