This is not a hotel, its a nightmare

This is not a hotel. they dont have receptionist, they dont help with luggage hold before and after your stay. they dont respond quickly to your written communication even when they dont have receptionist present. they dont have a telephone number to call.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Un dolor de cabeza el check in

El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

Lugar decente para hospedarse con excelente ubicación cerca del Parque Fundidora, CINTERMEX, Estación de Metrorrey, Arena Monterrey o Auditorio Citi-Banamex, o hasta la Central de Autobuses (a 5-10 mins en Uber); ya que si van a conciertos o Eventos en los recintos que mencione, pueden regresar a pie sin problemas. Además de que cerca del lugar hay varios Restaurantes/Bares para comer/cenar como Carls Jr, Chili's, Pizza Hut, Botanero Moritas, Buffalo Wild Wings, y hasta varios Oxxo o 7-Eleven también para comprar Botanas y Bebidas. Los cuartos para 1 Persona son algo pequeños, pero si se la van a pasar casi todo el día para regresar por la noche a dormir, creo que esta bien. Cada cuarto cuenta con sus controles de TV y Aire Acondicionado, además de sus amenidades como Jabón/Champoo/Toalla, y hasta ropero si es el caso. Y si les gusta relajarse en un lugar fresco con viento y buena vista, la Terraza en el 4to Piso es una muy buena opción, ya que se logra observar el Cerro de la Silla, la mayor parte de la Ciudad, y hasta el Cerro de la Mitra. La atención del Personal no lo sentí tan bueno, y eso que ya van como 2 veces que me hospedo aquí. Ya que para entrar al lugar por uno de los 2 Portones principales o a cada Cuarto es necesario un Código de Acceso, sin embargo el Encargado o Administrador no me pudo proporcionar la Clave a tiempo antes de la Hora de Check In y estuve esperando como 15 mins afuera para que me la pudieran proporcionar (y eso que mande mensaje 5-10 mins ante
