The Villa has been completely renovated, inspired by the concept of harmonizing spaces, combining the Mediterranean landscape with sensory experience. Between excellence and exception the Villa is an Heritage Iconic Room House with a private garden, orchard and exclusive parking. It is situated in a quiet and sunny position, just a short walk from the seafront and from principal services. The Villa has minimalist and iconic design furnishings, offering comfort and relaxation.

There are no spaces in common with other guests. Even if you rent the apartment for just one person, the apartment is always and exclusively for your use for the period requested.

The house overlooks the garden with a large fully fenced yard where children can play. In the courtyard it is also possible to use the barbecue and the grill for cooking the typical Abruzzo Arrosticini.

Towels, and linens are provided.
