It was easy to walk to the coast or old town center, or take a bus anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient and quick laundry service. The room was comfortable and clean although it was on the smaller side. Breakfast included a variety of food options and was reasonably priced (it was included with some reservations but not mine). Overall I had a great experience.

Badly aged hotel. Disappointed.

We thought it was a 4 star hotel, but in reality, it's like a 2.5 star property. First of all, all the facilities are outdated, with only one elevator working when we stayed. The walls are full of cracks, and they don't even provide a single complimentary water bottles to a customer, which I've never seen in my life in a "4 star" hotel. Being inside this aged hotel is quite depressing as well. The only good thing about this hotel was the centric location, but that's it, quite disppotining experience.

The location is great , the value is excellent, rates are probably very low because of the pandemic , all the staff aside from housekeeping, could use a class on “ hospitality business 101 “ there were times I thought I was invisible , they either ignore you , or they are just rude …. Room was ok and for this price I don’t complaint the only problem the bathroom sink didn’t have a p trap and every night had to plug the sink , to avoid sleep with sewer odor …come on a simple cheap fix ….

The rooms need to be updated.The bathroom smelled of urine. The carpet in the room and hallway smelled. The bathroom door handle was loose. The hotel lobby and where they had the buffet breakfast were the only yhings that looked updated. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all.

Great location Great Service!

It is a great location walking distance to many museums, the old Montevideo and restaurant. Service was great, Maid derive outstanding. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice diverse breakfast.

Great location, great service

They are very helpful at the desk and held our luggage so we could go on an overnight to Colonia. They told us we’re to get a plug so we could plug in our phone and are very pleasant to deal with.

Nice and clean but quick shower

shower ran out of water had to hurry and finish like it was on a timer. Also I was running behind and called to get a one hour late checkout at noon and the were going to charge me $30.00
