A beautiful oasis in the hill country near Fairfax, Vermont. Relaxing surroundings and the house and accommodations are beautiful and clean and spacious. The common room is very large and there are outside places to sit and relax. There are only four rooms, so it can’t really get crowded. The hosts are generous and kind.

Very cute place with a great restaurant

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great, long-weekend stay m one of the cabins. It was cute, well maintained, and comfortable. Only complaint would be the limited hot water for a shower, as the cabins seem to use a shared hot water tank. Pro tip: shower early in the morning or late at night when nobody else is 😉

Loved the waterpark and the restaurants that you could eat at. I didn’t like that the cottage didn’t have internal AC just ceiling fans. The carpet wasn’t cleaned but everything else was excellent.

We were not expecting to have to pay an additional $60-$70 per person per day to use the amenities like the water slides and game place. That was the whole reason we booked there, and that should have been better disclosed that it was an additional charge. Staff were great, but our unit did not have hot water. Maintenance was super nice and apologetic though and we weren’t there long enough for it to really matter. Will be back since it was great fun! But the additional cost will be a huge consideration before booking.
