The pool area looked horrible. We expected to enjoy the hottub, but it was closed. The pictures on the website were not the same and when we asked for a blanket, we had to get it ourselves. Its good customer service to honor simple requests like that. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly, either. I think I overpaid for the room and will most likely not return.

The hot tub in room was nasty not cleaned at all I took soap and water and a washcloth and cleaned the hot tub washcloth was black after cleaning. We were not told when we booked that the hot tub by the pool was broke. Found a dirty washcloth by the hot tub in room so room must not have been cleaned fully not a clean room. Not happy for the price and I go there a few times a year this is the second time this happened not sure if I will go back.

The room was nice and big. It was clean. The bathroom needed an update and was just OK. We did not have enought towels but I did not report this to the front desk. We have stayed here before as it was the most reasonable price near Purdue and would stay again.

Run down but the only hotel around

Like other reviews say it's been run down and consistently not cleaned. Sheets are stained the bathtub wasn't clean. We came in for a friend's birthday and only used the room for a couple hours. had we been there longer it would have been a really big deal. The front desk girl was super nice and efficient but that's where the pluses ended . Everything else was a minus. But they kind of have the market cornered in the area, there aren't any other real choices so it is what it is. Maybe bring some Clorox wipes and possibly sheets.

Great price except for Friday night, roomy and clean. Lobby/admission workers could use a good dose of friendliness. Stayed Tuesday through Saturday morning and only had maid service the first night. Pretty meager breakfast, no fruit, little selection but great coffee. Still would stay again

The staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Nice mattresses and pillows. Room was spacious and quiet. Nice fridge and Keurig. Bathroom seemed clean but the carpet in the bedroom did not. There was popcorn scattered under the desk and a spill stain on the floor by the door. Carpet wasn’t cleaned or at the very least vacuumed. Breakfast was below average. The bacon was like weird, thin salty, crumbly paper pieces. Eggs had no flavor. Thought I could make a bagel sandwich at least, but ran out of bagels. Not one thing tasted good except the Cheerios I ate and I’m not normally a cereal eater. Coffee was ok. For the high price we paid, my husband and I have stayed at much nicer hotels in this range. This price was similar to what we’ve paid in big cities like Chicago or Nashville. Overall an average hotel.

Hotel was under staffed. Had to wait for front desk person when checking in because she was helping someone in the hotel; that's what the sign said. Breakfast had the worst tasteless eggs and when the bacon was out, they replaced with more under cooked platter of bacon. When checking out, desk clerk was not their. Helping out with breakfast. Also, hotel is NOT walkable to anything.

The property was disgusting. They had stained sheets and covers, hair eveeywhere in bathroom along with dried toothpaste, and nasty marks and what looked like paste on walls. Checked in and didnt even stay for reservation. Not recommended

Sucked

Upon my arrival there was no one in the lobby to greet me. There was a sign stating be back assisting other guest. Finally when checking into my room the bath tub had some type of discoloration to it and felt gritty. Then to add to there was hot water didnt work in the bath tub but the sink was hot. Contacted the frojt desk after getting the run around then finally was able to switch room. 7am the next morning was awaken to loud banging to find out that the room was being repaired with no notice or anything.
