Your entire group will feel right at home in this renovated & comfortable house. Located right across from beautiful Sackett Lake, this is a great place for four-season recreation.
The space:
Enjoy some quality time with friends and family at this spacious and recently renovated house. With 6 large bedrooms and 15 beds, the house can easily accommodate at least 16 guests. Enjoy lake access right across the street. Make this house your home base while you explore everything that the Catskills have to offer.
No need to pack up your entire house- we provide clean towels, linen, and basic kitchen necessities as well as soap, shampoo, and a washer/dryer. We have excellent Wi-Fi, multiple laptop friendly workspaces, and a dedicated workspace area.
Enter the house on the 2nd floor and into the large living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace for those cold nights. This level has the kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The chef’s kitchen offers ample prep space and is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchen essentials. Besides a TV with a fire stick, we have an assortment of books, games and children's toys as well as brochures for local points of interest.
The lower level offers an additional three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room.
Outside is a large deck, the perfect spot for BBQ’s, outdoor dining and star gazing. There is a large driveway that can fit about 6 vehicles plus a spacious yard around the house for outdoor recreation. We provide a propane BBQ grill and utensils, as well as two propane tanks. We unfortunately don't provide propane, there are a few local places that will fill or exchange a tank.
Sackett Lake is a 124-acre playground, and it is right across the street. We are pleased to offer seasonal boat access to launch all your lake fun. Enjoy swimming, boating and some excellent fishing on this well-stocked lake. The lake usually freezes over during the winter, allowing for ice-skating, ice-fishing or tubing. Please make sure it is frozen solid before walking on it!
For your convenience, we have an infant bathtub, pack-n-play, booster seat, & highchair available if necessary. Just ask!
House-trained pets are allowed with an extra $300 fee per pet.
We strive to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have a local caretaker in case anything is needed. We always listen to suggestions to keep improving the house and the supplies that we offer.

This home is perfect for families and respectful groups but is not suitable for rowdy parties or unapproved outside guests.
