Just all around a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Ce lieu est un enchantement à l'image de Gisèle tellement accueillante et chaleureuse ainsi que ses adorables chiens qui nous ont aussitôt adoptés ! Un endroit vraiment paisible et relaxant à l'écart du tumulte, c'est si rare !Tout est là pour simplement passer de merveilleux moments avec le chant des oiseaux qui procure un grand bien être !Merci Gisèle

We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room shortly after, but the process felt disorganised. We booked a Deluxe Terrace but were given what seemed to be one of the smallest in that category, in the older part of the hotel. No seating area as shown in photos, visible dust, and a terrace next to the parking with a loud AC unit running constantly. It’s hard not to wonder whether booking via Expedia influenced the room allocation. Service lacked consistency: pool towels not cleared or set up properly, pool water not very clean, and empty glasses left around. Basic standards were missing. On the positive side, the food was good and restaurant service attentive, and the property is visually appealing. Overall, however, the experience fell short. Would return, but not at the start of the season.

Was absolutely fantastic in every respect.Will come again.

The hotel is inside the city , room is small and the elevator . But close to the areas we like to explore
