Beaucoup de potentiel mais il faut améliorer beaucoup de choses.
C'est un appartement avec beaucoup de possibilitées, spacieux et très près du centre. Mais il y avait quelques revers. On nous avait dit qu'il y avait un parking privé mais une fois arrivés il n'en avait pas. On a du garer dans un parking payant. Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes de bain et pas de sèche-cheveux quoique le jeune homme de l'immobilier les a apporté. La salle de bain et surtout la douche n'étaient pas très propres et le four non plus. L'appartement pourrait améliorer beaucoup avec un nettoyage à fond et un bon entretien.
