Habituée à descendre au Aloft Montreal Airport, jamais été déçue et mon chat non plus avec ses petits cadeaux de bienvenue La grande amabilité de son service d accueil même si changements depuis plus de 10 ans de fidélité à cet hôtel est toujours TOP niveau, propreté, parking, navette qui permet de rendre la voiture le soir et revenir à aeroport gros gain de temps pour le vol du lendemain Même lors d une panne d ascenseur mes bagages ont été monté à ma chambre Je recommande à 200%

Hotel was easy to find and it was clean . However I drove all the way from Toronto to be advised there was a $100 deposit although online it said it was $50. I attempted to use my via debit to pay and was told it declined which was not accurate information as I had money in my account. They wouldn’t accept cash which was a big let down and there was no exception. Luckily my boyfriend was able to pay using his card but something needs to change with that policy and false deposit info that was sent to me prior after booking. Apart from that the hotel was well kept , modern , spacious and clean

Unexpected stay because of a layover, but ALoft did not disappoint. Small but very nice and clean room. Surprisingly, I could see the planes, but could not hear them! Excellent bartender also!
