We had a lovely stay at this hotel the night before our flight out. Rooms were spacious, clean and hotel staff extremely friendly. I’d definitely stay again. I will caution that they do offer extended parking for $25/night. We opted to park here instead of park’n’fly and my vehicle had extensive damage when I returned. I won’t do that again.

Very poor customer service

Poor communication. Sent inquiry multiple times about shuttle details, no respond. Left an item in the hotel room, called the hotel 3 hours after check out, they insist they would call back. Nothing. Called to followup once a day for the next 5 days, until they said they couldn’t find it. I submitted a survey complaining about the incident, they responded that they found my item within a few hours. Took them 2 weeks to send my item back, where i had to create a shipping label on my own. It took me over 3 weeks to get my item back, which I paid express shipping for. The stay was fine, as long as you don’t need any customer service. And there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area.

we loved our stay, however the cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 10:30am and then at 10:45am asking what time we'd leave the room so they can clean it. the hotel standard checkout time is 12pm. I found that odd as I had never had that happen at any other hotel but maybe it's normal at that hotel, we just felt rushed.
