The room was clean, spotless, staff very courteous. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy. I heard the next door neighbor through the fan/vent in the bathroom as if they were directly in my room. The noise insulation is of very poor quality between the rooms.

at check in i was told of complementary breakfast at morning i woke to go they said its from third party reservation you wont get breakfast , thirdly i was assured safe parking i have video recording their barrier were not working and upon asking staff said they dont work because it was tense night because montreal is known for car theft and hotel didnt provide security i went to reception for hot water they didnt had anytime in day no hot kettle was in room and heating wasnt working fine Check hotel reviews before booking also management is also not reverting to emails of expedia and mine

The room was fine. It definitely lacked some amenities as I would expect at this price point. I'm just frustrated that my daughter lost something really meaningful there and I called twice with two different staff members about it and they seems totally disorganized about the whole process. They either need to teach their staff better or have better systems in place. Not calling me at all after I called twice and messaged about it is pretty pathetic

The room was clean and comfortable. There were two major issues that the facility needs to address. When I booked the room I asked about where I could get the shuttle. The response was ‘noted’. I asked again about the shuttle but got no response. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport all I could get was a reservation system. So I took a taxi which was $30. They didn’t reimburse me for it. The next morning the shuttle dropped every one off at the wrong door and I had to walk a long distance with two suitcases. The driver didn’t ask where we were going. There were some renovations ongoing in the lobby which detracts from the appearance. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
