The one room we were in smelled sour and we couldn't air ot out. The other room, we could not adjust the temperature in and was too warm. The power was out as a scheduled power outage which we should have been told about and were not. It was off all day. There were no emergency lights in the staircase or hallways. The hotel staff and the location were great for what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, other than the sour smell in the o e room.

The hotel was very nice, the room was comfortable and it was nice to have a window that opened. The lobby coffee machines were a real bonus and the microwave was good to have too!. Just a couple of gripes, no smart tv! So was stuck with old cable and the remote was terrible. The wifi logged out every so often which was annoying. We took a star of the amenities for this.

Property is in a good location in terms of access to various parts of Montreal including the waterfront. You can walk around almost anywhere in 20 mins. The room is not as advertised. It is quite small, and apparent when looking at the bathroom (generic large hotel bathroom) which is like 50-70% of the room size.

Its valet parking so we drive around looking for the parking when all we had to do was park in front and leave them our keys. Check in staff was VERY courteous in english and french. Lovely stay, thank you!
