Clean and nice enough for the price. Area was a bit dodgy. Valet parking can be a bit of an inconvenience if you're getting your car multiple times but it's easy to walk everywhere.

Very well located with easy and well priced valet parking for the area. Thus is one of the most convenient location to access Place des Arts and Quartier Chinois which were both where we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket it was provided and they asked if the room was too cold. Not the case. I just like to sleep in a cold room with extra layers. I sleep like a baby!

The hotel staff was amazing and offered prompt, professional and friendly hospitality. Unfortunately the staff at DaGiovanni’s felt the need to interfere in my arrival and scold me for parking in the HOTEL unloading zone without cause. I ignored her and notified the Hotel front desk staff who profusely apologized. I also requested that she was reprimanded by the hotel Management and told to stay in her lane.

Cleanliness & Upkeep not what it used to be

We used this hotel often when coming to Montreal for shows due to it's proximity. It never disappointed until our last 2 stays. I didn't mention it last that time as I thought it may have been just a one time thing. Our room was very dirty, Brown marks on the windows and light switches. Sticky TV remote. Filthy door handles. The shower door had hand prints and wasn't clean, the carpets were not vacuumed and the beds had all random coloured hairs. The hall on the 3rd floor was very dirty with garbage on the floor that wasn't picked up for 2 days. The place has been very neglected and it's very unfortunate it used to be great. I will have to find another hotel for my future stays.
