Room not prepared for arrival, sofa bed didn’t have sheets, we had to pick it up from the reception and make it ourselves. In addition the had ”run out of pillows” and there was not enough towels based on the number of people in our booking. Hotel doesn’t match what they charge per night.

The reservation was disastrous not from the hotel but from Expedia. I booked a room for five people, but no room in the hotel could accommodate five. Expedia made a significant error, and I will never use their services again for anything. We ended up renting a second room. We got a discount from the manager Maradona he was very nice and professioal.

I pretty much like everything in my stay. The fact tv didn't have any intelligent option give me issues with my kids. No guide for tv and no option to use an app like Netflix. Breakfast was good, but the last day, the poor lady who work in the breakfast area was alone to rule everything alone and a lot of people was there. That lady was awesome,
