Living Area: The open-concept living space includes a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for accommodating extra guests.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining table seats four, ideal for meals or as a workspace.

Bedroom: The spacious bedroom is perfect for families, offering both a comfortable double bed and a set of bunk beds.

Bathroom: A stylish and clean bathroom featuring a large vanity and a convenient shower/tub combination.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire ground-floor apartment. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and a seamless self-check-in process. Access codes for the secure keyless entry will be provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Booking Process: To finalize your booking, we require ID verification, your agreement to a standard rental contract, will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and active.

Winter Stays: During winter, professional snow removal is conducted within 24 hours after storms exceeding 5 cm. A shovel and salt are also provided for your convenience.

Legal Registration: We are a legally registered and compliant property. CITQ Registration Number: 319267 (Expires: 2026-07-28).



Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
