Stay impacted by non-functioning bathroom

Overall the property was fine and consistent with the listing. Unfortunately our stay was disrupted by one of the two bathrooms not functioning, which we discovered the first morning when trying to use the shower. The shower, toilet and sink did not drain. We immediately notified the owner/property manager, who despite frequent communication was unable to send anyone to address the problem until late afternoon of our second day. They were unable to fix it as the problem required a plumber which they could not arrange during our 3-day stay. With 6 adults, the one functioning bathroom was a severe limitation, and took away from what would otherwise have been a comfortable stay.
Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2025
