No help with luggage. The luggage cart needed repair and was needlessly heavy and unwieldly. I dragged my stuff to my room and headed out to appointments. At 11 pm, when I returned, I realized they'd put me in a room for the disabled rather than the king with a glassed in shower listed on my confirmation. No makeup mirror, poor lighting and shower that flooded the bathroom. They offered to move me and even to help with my bags but I had to rush around to various meetings and did not have time. They refused to compensate me in any other way -- not a free breakfast or to cover my parking. The woman at the desk blamed me for not realizing sooner that it was a disabled room which she claims are just the same as other rooms. Except that the toilet is much higher, there are no towel racks or any place to hang the towels and the sink is big and high and makes using the bathroom mirror for putting on makeup impossible. They could have appeased a customer but they chose not to.
