The laminate floor in the room was disintegrating from age. The area pretty run down and a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless people, graffiti, garbage. But its not too far to old Montreal and the gym was good for a hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, large clean room. The car valet system was very efficient. No problem leaving bags with concierge before check in & after check out. Overall it was the perfect place to stay for us!

This was our second time at Hotel 10 and we really like it. Staff are friendly and the service is great. Samantha at the front desk was exceptional. Great location and walking distance to the Jazz fest.

Valet parking a problem if you have an EV. Only one nkn-Tesla charger. Would have been ok if we knew when we parked the car with them at that point that the charger was taken. We could have parked and charged somewhere else. But they told us hours later there were none available and then we had a delay leaving the city as we needed to charge car somewhere else beforehand. Better upfront info would have avoided that.

A trendy spot close to the old port and le quartier des spectacles. Parking valet is handy but we didn’t know ahead and we had to call to figure it out. I like that dogs are allowed. Maybe we’ll bring ours next time.

Perfect Montreal stay!

The perfect place to stay — we had a quiet and spacious room in the charming historic section. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved how walkable it is to all the spots we wanted to hit (Jazz Fest, Plateau & St. Denis, Old Montreal). We would definitely stay there again.
