We paid for some waters and then the waiter never came back with them and he left. We reported it to front desk who said the restaurant operates separately and they cant do anything about it. Terrible.

First room we were put in was not maintained. There were stains on the chair, carpet was stained, and suspicious marks on mattress. After informing management who was very pleasant to talk to, we were moved to another room. It was better but still had carpet stains and a dusty AC unit. Staff were pleasant and in a good area (old Montreal).

Wait outside to unload your bags.

Bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Food was all around in Montreal. The only disappointment was the elevators were not working from the parking garage. It was busy so we huffed our bags up from the 3rd level. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great location, good rooms, poor elevators.

Nice hotel in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown. Nice touches like the Koy pond, and room nice. But in the high tourist season was annoying that only 2 of 4 elevators working- meant long delays or taking stairs (impractical for luggage when we were on the 7th floor),

From the first view of the building, to the koi pond in the lobby, you immediately know you are in Chinatown. The room was spacious and very clean. Service was great and parking was available in a parkade that could hold our full size truck. The pool and sauna were basic but very well maintained, as was the laundry facilities. The location was perfect for walking to Notre Dame, the Old Port, Chinatown, and other areas of town. A great stay.
