✦ My accommodation is on the top floor, it is very private and flooded with light. You will have to climb 18 steps to reach the apartment.
✦ The apartment is also very modern and has been renovated with quality materials.
✦ For a stay worthy of remembering. You should stay at my home in Homa!
✦ A beautiful large terrace is reserved for the apartment with a patio table.
Large grocery store with everything you need, within walking distance (500m) from the apartment.
There is a pharmacy located next door to the apartment.
A very beautiful open-air public market with all the fresh produce is only 12 minutes away by foot.
Very pleasant and very easy to get around and find services.
Green alleys, cafes, bistros and workshops of artisans and artists are the charm of these neighborhoods of Montreal. It`s up to you to explore them.
Formerly a French-speaking working-class district, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve continues to renew itself and diversify, without losing its identity. In full effervescence, this young and trendy district has managed to preserve its rich architectural heritage that dates back to the beginnings of the industrial revolution in Canada. The place wants to remain friendly and the present rubs shoulders with the past, still visible in its revamped warehouses and factories, its imposing churches and the pretty Maisonneuve market which has retained its vocation until today. You will also discover the Maisonneuve library, the Morgan bath, the Denise-Pelletier theater and the Village au Pied-du-Courant.
Continue your walk further north, towards Rosemont and its many parks and lively urban villages: the Masson promenade and its local shops, the green haven of Molson Park, the Cité-Jardin and its rural atmosphere. So many sectors with very distinct personalities, so many lively living environments. This authentic neighborhood, where Jean Drapeau, former mayor of Montreal, lived for a long time, has always attracted families. In the alleys, so many children played hockey, hiding or bicycle races...
Appreciated by all, the Beaubien cinema, with its varied repertory and its Montreal International Children`s Film Festival (FIFEM), testifies to a stimulating cultural life. In the surrounding area, charming café-bakeries and bistros await you for a break.
There is a bus stop located just beside the apartment, which brings you to the center of the city, or towards Papineau metro, or Viau metro (Parc Olympique).
A Bixi station is less than 5 min with a beautiful cycle path to the city center.
*The parking on the street in the area is very simple to navigate.*
*The two streets along the sides of St-Clément and Théodore have free parking zones.*
*You just have to look at the schedule to make sure they are not doing street cleaning that day, in which case you would see on the signs that it is marked no parking on that specific day for a certain period of time.*
*On St-Catherine Street there is metered parking which you have to pay, and it is about $2.75 an hour.*
Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
