Great boutique hotel. Got an upgrade which was nice. Air conditioner could have been better, but not a huge issue. Bathroom and double shower was lovely. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel; it had a nice vibe and it was quiet. There were many things nearby that were walkable, which was amazing. My only negatives were that it was so hot in our room, the air conditioner was very old and barely pushing out cold air. I also noticed that there were some dirty/soap grime spots on the shower "window", and the corners of the shower, meaning the cleaning wasn't done very thoroughly. The staff were lovely people, and were quick to want to remedy things as best they could. We had a fan brought to us immediately. I would stay here again.

Avoid. AC broken and they don’t have a fan available. I should have read past comments where people complained about AC and showers being broken. Looks like the management don’t take feedback seriously. Good luck finding a staff member to help if it’s weekend.

The place was terrible and unclean. Staff didn't care the that air conditioner was broken, the cleaning staff when we got there was sitting in our room passing on his phone. The place was unclean, breakfast was terrible. Not one good thing to say other then location.

This hotel was excepcional. Above and beyond our expectations. We had booked a Junior Suite, which was beautiful but ended up having some issues with the room. They immediately took care of it and upgraded us to a suite that was amazing. The location is fantastic, right downtown and within walking distance to shopping, dinning, and attractions(Museum of Fine Arts, Mont Royal, etc) The Metro station is just 2 blocks away, which made it super simple to move around Montreal. I'd stay there again and highly recommend.

Super ! On a beaucoup aimé la chambre. Seule chose était au niveau de l’insonorité. Nous entendions les gens marcher au dessus de nous et le fan de la salle de bain faisait beaucoup de bruit également. Sinon je recommande fortement!

This stay was quite disappointing due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioning was broken and couldn’t be adjusted; 2. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly; 3. There was a skylight with no proper blackout, making the room very bright and affecting sleep.

Parking went smoothly but we parked in the wrong lot and paid 40.00 extra dollars. It's crazy busy downtown and despite the 40.00 we are very safe comfortable and close to my morning appointment. Overall 9/10..to 10/10
