The staff did not clean our room, after continuously asking. Our room smelt like cigarettes. They never took our garbage. Bed sheets were stained. I ordered Uber Eats to the front desk and it mysteriously got lost. Extremely dissapointed.

Loved the location and ease of access. Nearby parking at UQAM underground parking garage is accessible and affordable. The room was comfortable though nothing fancy and definitely could use a facelift, but it was perfect for our 1-night stay.
