It's a quite disappointing experience, with the price we expected to be better. The environment of the hotel was a little bit scary. Maybe it's a little dark and old. Our door ended up unable to lock at some point. What's worse and the creepy part was, on the second day, the door of our room was opened by someone, we supposed to be hotel staff, and did not lock it back, but the room was NOT tidied either. Supposedly there should be housekeeping service. Not sure what happened, luckily we did not find any belongings lost or stolen. Likely not going to book again or recommend others.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite. It was really great having 2 rooms. The bed area had the kitchen and then a second sitting room with tv and desk was very welcome for 2 friends sharing. It gave us space when someone was up later or earlier in the morning. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher that made it convenient to make our own food when we wanted to. The location was close to many attractions like Chinatown, the Basilica and old Montreal. Metro stations were also conveniently close. I definitely recommend this property for people looking for a place that's not too fussy, but clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

I have to give this hotel a 1 star simply because our room was infested with ants and they refused a refund for our final day after we checked out early. There was a constant march of ants along the baseboards in the living room. Furthermore when packing up to leave we found ants in our hamper and amongst our clothes. They don’t clean your room unless you stay for a week or more, even if you ask. Unacceptable. We literally returned home a day early because the room we were not comfortable in the room.

Lots of problems with this hotel. Carpets especially in elevator were disgusting. Toilet was running continuously when we arrived. Someone came to fix toilet and noticed room door lock did not work - but did nothing about it!! Took 48 hours for the door lock to be fixed. Other problems too. Would not recommend.

Alright hotel with friendly staff

Decent and quiet hotel in a good location, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room, clean, and the bed, comfortable. The kitchenette was very practical and had all the basics. The hotel is showing its age, but still remains a nice place to stay, especially in that price range.

A nice place, good location, friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed in the bedroom of oyr suite was super comfortable, nice little kitchenette with dishwasher. Downsides were that the curtains in our place were pretty shabby and the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, we liked it and will stay again.

It is clean and quiet. I was not expecting to pay for parking so I did not like that. The attitude of the staff at the counter called Celine during our check out was very segregative. Two people were checked out with how was your stay and have a nice day. For us, when I said it was a check out, she asked us to wait because she is going to call a colleague hers to check the room first, before she put back my deposit on the card. I told her that is the first time I hear such thing during my stays at an hotel. Hopefully my observation will be taken seriously to avoid such attitude to your clients. Thank you

The lady at the reception was excellent. Overall all the staffs members were very helpful. The location is great 1 min walk to the bus station. And the station is very close too about 6-7 mins walk. The property was clean and has laundry room available. We are very happy with our overall experience and would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place is quiet and conveniently located near many popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating—she clearly explained all the details about the hotel and what to expect during our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing experience. The only minor issue we encountered was during check-out: we were informed to leave the swipe key in a black box, but we couldn’t find where it was located. It would be helpful if the drop-off location was more clearly marked. Despite that small inconvenience, our overall experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
