Rooms were small and outdated, beds were uncomfortable. Outdoor pool was great, the indoor pool could use some maintenance. The restaurant breakfast at the hotel was horrible, $75 for two adult two children buffet and it was cold.

Great experience

We booked this for the location. It was near attractions I knew I wanted to see. Turned out to be a great base for both what I wanted and what I didn't know I wanted. The room was fantastic, loved that they only did what we needed in the room which, being environmentally conscious wasn't much. Would I book here again absolutely!

The privacy film on the bathroom door does not provide enough privacy. My teenage sun basically saw his mother naked. This was not fun for either one of them. Other than that, great value here

Convenient but dated

Close to metro station so you can get to wherever you need. Very dated hotel. My son said “it feels like we’re staying in the basement”. Good for a bed after a day of exploring the city

This place has motel-level quality but charges hotel-level prices. Everything is old and worn out, and the cleanliness is poor. There were mosquitoes in the room, and worst of all, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drain—we had to keep it plugged while we slept. The hotel doesn’t provide drinking water or toothbrushes either. Definitely not worth the price.

My husband and I spent a weekend at the Hotel and were very pleased! The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Old Montreal and St Catherine Street, however the routes to get there are easy The room was very pleasant and quiet as the AC is not an under window unit rather Central air, we both loved that!!, and the beds were comfortable. You could take a long hot shower and the pressure in the shower was awesome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
