Great location but not the service/hospitality

Overall a great location for walking distance to everything we wanted to see/experience.. however.. Staff were not accommodating for simple requests/questions, whether checking in or asking about recommendations in the area they were always bothered by your presence, room service never left towels so when asking for towels it was always a chore (requested room service twice during a week long stay and happened both times). Payed extra for a room upgrade and were placed under an adjacent room under construction, while our room had multiple issues (broken sink drain, fridge not working, mattress with springs breaking through). Some friendly service would have went a long way..

The staff was really nice and very helpful with all our requests during our stay. The hotel is nice, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of everything.

Un hôtel qui régresse de plus en plus avec des responsables insolents (un certain Zain), qui traite les clients de menteurs alors qu'il est lui-même incapable de donner suite à un simple e-mail... Vraiment déçue Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, mais sa localisation est la seule chose qui fait que j'y loge... Un personnel par accueillant du tout et non respectueux du tout. Mérite un Zéro comme son nom...

The hotel is very central and great for getting around to everything! The inside is very tired looking and two of the three sets of drapes in our room has various stains on them. The bed was ver comfortable but there is definitely some care and attention that could be done on the inside. Front staff were friendly enough, but not your typical hotel reception staff - more like a bunch or friends hanging out behind the desk. This hotel ‘could’ be nice - it’s trying hard to be trendy & contemporary in decor, but it’s just done cheaply. Overall, not awful, just ok - and you get what you pay for as it is really reasonably priced for its location,

The location is great - walking distance to the old city and all the attractions. The parking is the pitfall. It's just horrible. Everything else is very good - room is spacious and clean, staff is friendly.

My only choice when flying in or out of Calgary and needing a good night rest. Always clean, good service, shuttle service is great, restaurant is not overpriced . And theres a steam room in some of the rooms....
