Wedding Anniversary Stay

The stay was very good. We had a fire alarm incident around 5am but when i told the staff during check out they gave us 50% off our last night to compensate. The hotel was clean and walking distance to old montreal. Great Location! Will come back again.

The property itself was nice, and it includes a rooftop pool with seating area, restaurant, gym, etc. Loved the location, with close proximity to tons of restaurants and activities. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Our room was a little dark and gloomy, perhaps because we looked out on the wall of an adjacent building and we were one level below the reception area. We were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary so hoped for a little more. The reason I didn't give it 10/10 is because the signage is bad. Apparently there are two addresses for this hotel, and our navigation system only took us to the parking garage. It took quite some time, and a lot of frustration, to find the front desk, which is on an elevated street 2 levels above. A simple sign beside the garage would avoid this confusion. The parking garage could do with some exit signs too.

Great hotel but the photos showing a historic building and courtyard are NOT part of the hotel, this is misleading. The actual hotel entrance is raised and on the opposite road to the historic building. Parking was expensive $28 per night. Staff and hotel was lovely.

Good value hotel on the edge of the Old Town

Lovely staff. Clean basic hotel room. Good for a stay close to the Old Town. Breakfast not the best we have had - service and food - but I think they were suffering lack of staff like alot of places. The staff that were there did work hard though. Swimming pool area was fantastic - clean, spacious and the pool was really warm. Great views from up there too.

Arrived after 9pm and out before 11am. Had a drink in the main floor bar- good service. Room had a coffee machine, no fridge or microwave. Bed was comfortable, but was on a platform that protruded from under the mattress and caused both my husband & I to take away bruised shins.
