We stayed in one of the Admiral Lofts. Conveniently located on the ground floor with a secure entrance to the lofts. The room was clean and quite spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There are extra pillows and a blanket in the dresser beneath the tv. The staff members we encountered were all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Heater didn’t work in our room and I was charged before arriving at the hotel and my room was canceled because we arrived late. I tried calling the hotel to let them know I would still be there but no one answered until the next day to inform me that o was going to get another room which was very cold I had to leave and stay with my sister and wasted two night that I didn’t use and they didn’t try to accommodate me. Worst experience and very disappointing
