We paid for better room for two nights we were charged over $1400 Canadian. They put us in room 102 which backed into an alley. Most of the room is frosted glass and the delivery truck shows up at 5 AM for drop off for half an hour to 45 minutes. We complained and we asked them to put us to the room that we paid for. Second night they put us in the right room. No management contacted no compensation provided. The picture provided is a delivery truck at 5 AM delivering everything from laundry to food.

Nice small hotel, good breakfast and free special coffees. Room comfortable but bathroom very small. Great location in Old Montreal, but unfortunately Saint-Paul Street is still a disaster for a few blocks, early June 2025.

L’environnement extérieur est en réparation extrême. Ce problème sera réglé d’ici quelques mois (ou 6-12 mois). L’accueil était super et le déjeuner inclus était bien. On avait la chambre Medium, extrêmement petit, plafonds très bas, mini fenêtre donnant sur la ruelle donc très sombre. Salle de bain minuscule mal disposée. Moisissure dans tous les joints de la douche. Oreillers vides sans support. Éclairage de différents tons non ajustable. Pour le prix (300$/nuit) je m’attendais à mieux.

Staff were great. Felt bad for the total as there is construction out front. At breakfast the desk staff were diligent about cleaning up so others could sit down as well as refilling the breakfast stock.

The room was large and lovely. We were on the second floor, which was easily accessible, but there was no view but a brick wall. The hotel was tucked away on a small street with great access to Old Town and the River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, great staff, lots of options nearby.only bummer is the road work being done outside makes it difficult for taxi pick ups. You have to walk a block. not bad, really. Really lovely hotel. I want to go back.
