This is a budget hotel. The room was adequate but fit and finish is poor. No countertop in bathroom, so a shelf was put up. But the brackets were bent. Shower head squeaked as the water flowed through it. I stayed here because it was next door to M Telus where I attend a concert. There is a good breakfast place across the street. Lots of homeless people nearby. The staff was nice and check-in was pleasant.
My single room was clean and had everything necessary for a good nite's sleep. TV was streaming only and was impossible to figure out. Neighborhood is sketchy at night. It is steps away from a major live music venue MTelus Theatre so that could br both good and bad.
Room is definitely not what you expect as advertised. Room was old and they use a portable AC which they tape the vent to the opened window. Expect flys to come in to the room.

Stayed here last month and had a good experience. The room was a decent size and had a nice desk area for getting some work done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt reassured with having 24/7 person at their main lobby. Plus, the price was reasonable. Overall, a good choice for my trip.
Location is incredible walking distance everywhere! Staff so nice and welcoming.

L’étanchéité acoustique de la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas complètement et à cause du club à coté. Nouvelle toilette, bien que propre, les traces d’usure donne l’impression que non.
The room was clean with enough towels and the bathroom was organised. Impressed by the quietness of the floor I expected a bit more noise. It was so easy to get around the city because the hotel is in a very good location. I would stay here again on my next visit
Biggest disappointment was that the lobby and room were misrepresented in online photos. Not able to control room temperature. Curtain rode for shower not secured well. Baseboard below window was broken.
Easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I travel alone a lot and have stayed in hotels at a variety of price points but this place was something else. The small stuff: the bed had a bunch of hair in it and the sink backed up when used/chunks of stuff would come up and make the water brown. The big thing: This hotel states that it has an elevator, however upon arrival i was told that the floor my room was on is only accessible by stairs. I let them know that this wouldn't work for me as part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the elevator because I have difficulty with stairs due to medical reasons. The front desk staff were polite and let me know there weren't other rooms available. I requested a refund and booked a room at another hotel for the following day. Staff were nice enough to help me with my items up and down the stairs but the hotel immediately refused to refund. I've now been going back and forth with Expedia and the hotel. I'm not requesting a refund because the hotel is gross, I'm requesting one because they advertised that the hotel is accessible when it isn't. I was not able to stay because of their misrepresentation. If there are rooms that are not accessible by elevator they need to clearly state that before people book. Thankfully, I was having one of my good days so I could get myself up and down the stairs for the one night. But imagine if I had been there on a day where I couldn't physically use them?? No doubt they'd just say tough luck.
