This hotel’s customer service was fantastic, including speedy and friendly valet service. The front desk was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. Very clean and modern room. Walkable to many shopping areas, restaurants, tour buses, and even further to Old Montreal. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice upscale hotel in the heart of Montreal. I stayed in one of their upgrade suites and it was beautifully furnished and cozy with a bathroom almost as large as the bedroom portion and a nice fireplace as well. I arrived early and tried to check-in an hour before the 2 pm check-in time to leave my luggage before going to a meeting. The room was ready and empty, but the front desk insisted on a $60 early check-in charge which I found to be unreasonable and petty. Instead I left my luggage for storage with the bellman and then had to go through the check in procedure at 10pm later that evening.

Upon our arrival, the front desk staff member was unfortunately not very welcoming, while the rest of the team displayed a friendly demeanor. She informed us that our room was ready and that it was fine for us to eat lunch and explore the hotel. When we returned by 2:30 PM, we encountered a similar lack of warmth; she seemed reluctant to engage and informed us once more that our room was not yet prepared. We then decided to wait in the seating area. By 4 PM, I felt it was necessary to seek assistance from another staff member, and thankfully, the previous employee's shift had ended. The new staff member was courteous and informed us that our room had actually been ready since 11 AM, which left me somewhat puzzled, although I chose not to raise any questions at that moment. The following day, we were pleased to find that the overall staff attitude had improved, with everyone being quite friendly, except for the same front desk employee, who continued to overlook us. This led me to wonder if there was an issue on her part. On a positive note, the hotel room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. It's worth noting that there is no room service, restaurant, or bar; they do only provide breakfast. The gym facilities are somewhat limited, consisting of a room with basic equipment. Overall, the area felt safe and was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping options.

Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms due to a spider issue, but they switched our rooms fairly quickly. The front desk and bell team were kind, but was hoping for a more elevated experience. Sadly the restaurant was not open (which we knew at the time of booking) but it looks very nice inside!! The pool was also beautiful and the property is in a great location.

Very comfortable stay, smaller well-kept hotel. Felt very inviting and calm. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Only downside is the noise from the street is very audible. Any loud person or vehicles can be heard very clearly through the windows.
