We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, the staff left us a beautiful Anniversary card, some snacks, as well as a free upgrade to a Luxury King Suite. Bed was extremely comfortable, appreciated the soaker tub with so much walking, and was a convenient location for shopping (St. Catherine Street), dining, proximity to Via Rail, and Metro Station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hotel is beautiful the staff (French) can be rude but that’s just there way. But the hotel is central to everything and the bed is comfortable. Hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants.

Great location close to everything! Comfy bed, good amenities. Room was ready early and we were able to have an complimentary late check out at noon as opposed to 11am. Outdoor pool is quite small and temperature wasn’t as warm as expected.
