Clean and safe hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly. We travelled with family and kids love the pool especially the slide. Breakfast is OK but it gets crowded during weekend considering small dining area. Overall, very happy with the hotel

Poor experience

It’s been more than 14 days and they haven’t refunded the deposit, someone left a note in our room violating our privacy and when I spoke with the lady at the front desk she said that the cámaras aren’t working at that time, employees very rude, our flor didn’t have elevator access, the room was dirty and was never clean during our stay.

We booked 4 rooms and requested to be on the same floor well in advance, when we got there this request we made at booking and confirmed the day before arriving were not met. We were rushed out of breakfast daily as they said they were closing, and didn’t have enough to go around for the amount of people that were there. With the exception of one amazing staff who was trying her best, management was unhelpful. Overall would not recommend or stay here again

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion is to make sure that there are enough towels and face cloths for the number of guests staying in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for these items every night of our stay. We were also surprised that our room wasn’t tidied and restocked during our stay (ie. toilet paper) even though staff came in to empty the trash.

Stayed at Microtel by Wyndham in Montreal. The room had a noticeable odor, cleanliness was average, and towels were limited. Breakfast was very basic and overcrowded, with minimal options. Layout was identical to the Microtel in Mont-Tremblant, where we had a similar experience. Affordable, but overall not a comfortable stay.

The rooms and bathroom in the room was smaller than normal. It was perhaps about 250 squre feet. Hence, I guess that is why it may be called "Micro". However all the amenities were there including the unique waterslide in pool area which the kids liked. The included breakfast offerings were good although it can get quite crowded. Overall, not a bad stay from this modern but smaller hotel.

Enjoyed the stay and good value for money.

Nice hotel and enjoyed the stay specially the pool. Helpful staff. Only discomfort was that rooms are not soundproof and could not ignore the traffic noise from the busy road. Staff was kind to offer to change the room on the rear side but those are not with twin beds so didn’t serve the purpose. Still overall was a good stay.

Proche de l autoroute

J ai demandĂ© une chambre cĂŽtĂ© parking et pas cĂŽtĂ© autoroute, le monsieur m’a confirmĂ© que la chambre est bien cotĂ© parking et la surprise la chambre est en face l autoroute au rez de chaussĂ©e , le bruit est horrible toute la nuit , je dĂ©conseille fortement les chambres cĂŽtĂ© autoroute. J ai passĂ© trois nuit , le petit dĂ©jeuner est pas vraiment intĂ©ressant sur tout les fruits sont de mauvaise qualitĂ© , j ai aimĂ© la piscine surtout pour les enfants , le staf ne sourit pas .
