We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. Our favorite experience was meeting Ian at the Concierge desk. He was so helpful and kind and truly made our stay fantastic. Thank you Ian for going above and beyond and please know whatever he is getting for reimbursement is not enough. He truly made our trip.

Usually stay at another hotel but I am so happy we decided to stay at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain. This is now of destination hotel in Montreal. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms outstanding, the service first class. We were only in town for three nights stay, wife dragged me to airport as I simply want to stay longer. This was a great hotel with beautiful decor, friendly staff and convenient location. We were there for Montreal Open and getting there was very easy with the subway station being just an elevator down from the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and was worth it to include with the reservation. There were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived by train and were able to get an early check in. The next day, they kept our bags while we shopped before getting back on the train! Walkable to everything downtown. The room was so pretty and clean. Thank you!

great hotel, excellent location to enjoy Montreal

The rooms were very good and the service excellent. main opportunity was the club service (continental breakfast is serve there for our rooms), in the morning on the weekend they run out of food, coffee, bread, fruits. understaff to serve 40 customers. on the afternoon the food was impecable.

Very convenient location. We walked most places and the Eaton Center mall was like a 10 min walk. Ian (Concierge) was the best! He kept us up to date on festivals going on and suggested great restaurants and sites. He checked in with us whenever he saw us. I will be coming back next year and staying here specifically because of that attention to customer service and relations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
