I was in room 118. I beg the front desk lady for wash cloth to bath with she told me not until Monday. I told her that a lot of cold air was coming in from under the door, she told me she would tell maintenance. I stayed 3 nights up until i was leaving the door issue was not fix. At nights i use a towel to try block out the cold air.

It wasn't clean. Yes the property is upgraded on one side only. But the website doesnt say so. Once you get there , you have to pay extra to get the room shown on the website. Hotel.com wasnt helpful during the process and everyone was misleading. I do not recommend.

The shower was broken.The bedsheets werent changed and we got condom covers from the bed.They dont clean the rooms properly after vistors leave the room.
