Motel was ok. Very pricy for what it is, but perhaps it was because F1 was happening in the city. Still. Too expensive for very minimal amenities. Booked a non smoking room and we got put in a fully smoked room. When reporting it, they asked if we had touched anything before moving us, that tells me they weren’t going to clean it and just give it to the next guest. Our second room had many ants in it, the room was damp and warm, even with the air conditioning on. We had very loud neighbors yelling, blaring music and slamming doors. Also when booking, they advertise the O building, not what the actual motel looks like so it was deceiving. I mean it’s a decent place to stay but was expensive for what it was. Would not recommend.

No service to fix things

We phoned because the tv didn't work, it couldn't connect to the cable. We fixed it ourselves ,because we asked for another room ,but none was available and nobody could come help us. So we had to play with the connections and finally we got it after a while. The hair dryer, did not work!

This property was absolutely horrible, nothing like the pictures. One outlet in our room worked, all the others did not. Went to front desk they said they would send somebody to fix it ….. no one ever came!!! We also checked in and after like day we realize the heat was on full blast!!! We had been using the air conditioner this hole time , no idea why the heat was on. Come to find out they have the ac plugged I. Right above the heater and the chord was just burning and burning against the heater this hole time it almost caught fire! Before we booked our stay through Expedia I called the hotel directly because I seen online of course it was 120 a night or something so I call and the women tells me 250 a night ! I said no thanks, went back to Expedia and booked for the price on there. So they were lying trying to get more money. I tell Expedia about my horrible stay and they tried and tried and tried to get ahold of this hotel , no one answers the phone ever! Just a horrible place , save your money and time and do not go here!
