This was our first time staying at Sonder apartment and we loved it. Communication from the get go was great, and check in instructions were clear and concise. We liked having access to our room right away and not having to check in with the front desk, yet there was always someone there if we had any questions. The room was bright and clean. The location was fantastic, very walkable. I will now look for Sonder Apartments anywhere I travel!

Everthing was modern and comfortable, except for the loveseat. But i had an issuue with the check in codes. You informed me they would be delivered online. But when i tried to retrieve them, they were unavailable. So after a few attempts, i called the phone number given. The person who anwered my call did their job well, and i checked in without incident. BUT the whole process was unnecessary. Why not just direct me to check in at the front desk, as this is unusual for your holtels?

Property was even better than expected. It was a modern chic apartment style with huge windows to let in let or not, very walkable, to many dining options and the waterfront but on a side street that made if very tranquil when sitting outside with my coffee to people watch.

The PH floor and room was great. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was a plus. The only issue was we were below the gym and the Muppets up there dropping weights from 6am. No signs to ask the Muppets not to drop weights. If you can't lift then don't !!

A luxurious escape

The Sonder is a fabulous property and centrally located to great restaurants and sightseeing. The concept of an apartment style setting versus a hotel room makes you feel so comfortable. It features modern amenities including washer/dryer, etc enabling you to feel like it’s your home away from home and allows you to have more space to share with family and friends during your stay.
