Lovely home in Montreuil Bellay

This 19th century farm is located on a very large and enclosed garden plot and was converted into a vacation home in 2015. The ground level vacation property is nestled in a green landscape with many vineyards. A pool table and foosball provide variety for young and old. This vacation address is an ideal starting point to discover the picturesque castles of the Loire and the many wine-growing areas of the region. Plenty of hospitable winemakers are happy to introduce you to their products. If you enjoy cycling, you will find happiness on the popular cycling route along the Loire ("La Loire à vélo"). There is also a golf course and a swimming pool (3 km). In summer, the châteaux in the region provide an appropriate setting for many performances, and at the renowned Cadre Noir riding school in Saumur you can attend a spectacular horse show. 15 km away, the Central Parc with its swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. The airport of Poitiers 80 km. Fishing possibility 5 km. The owners will be happy to advise and assist you in your choice of activities.
