Another excellent stay!

Jeeping in the San Juans

The home was our base for 10 days of jeeping the San Juan mountains. After long days we were able to come home to a very nice clean home that had everything we needed. Great Stay. Recommend highly made himself

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for access to necessities in Montrose and the hiking and Jeeping trails in Ouray and Telluride.

Convenient Location

This is a fairly well maintained property. It was very clean, with comfortable accomodations. My only issues were with a very poorly equipped kitchen and the patio furniture was in very poor state. That being said, this would be a great place for families who want to be close to Black Canyon NP but are planning more on restaurant eating.

Casual rural home- works for golf courses in the area along with visit to Black Canyon NP and about a 1 hr drive to Colorado wineries near Grand Junction.Prioperty is in process of improvements. Owner easy to deal with.

Nice house , great fenced in yard

The house was very clean and updated , since I had dogs with us the fenced in yard was wonderful. We stayed here due to all the hiking locations under 1 hr drive. It was nice not to be right in the middle of a town or housing track
