Parking was expensive. I didn’t know it was not included in stay. And they had cheaper parking nearby. Also mirrors weren’t cleaned in hotel. The worst was the breakfast I paid for in the hotel. Awful repeat food that is found at other cheap hotels. Very disappointing in food quality. Especially for price that I paid to stay there. My sheets upon entering had hair on it. And bathroom picture frame had water spots on it. Clearly not cleaned ever. No microwave in sight. And cabinets in dresser were misaligned. Phone didn’t work when I dialed front desk no connection there either. I got no free gift upon entering even though I was Hilton honors member. Pool was cold upon entering, could have been warmer. Overall I don’t think I would stay there again. Too expensive for the quality received. Breakfast was the most overpriced and quality was bad.

No balcony. Excellent view. Did not use room service, so can't read it. A lot of shops around a lot of places to eat around right? Near old city. Philadelphia, great location. Everything I needed was within walking distance.

We only did a one night stay for a concert in the park just outside the hotel. All the staff we interacted with were nice & helpful. Room was clean & tidy with a great view on the 9th floor. My only complaint is the parking… No where in the process of my reservation did it mention the price or the parking. So I assumed it came with the price of our reservation. I was wrong.. Beautiful hotel, horrible parking experience..

Brian at the front desk at check in was very welcoming and accommodating, I appreciated that. Check out was simple, I’m sorry I did not catch the attendants name, but she was very nice. The self park system was very convenient. Rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable.

For the price, this Hilton no longer lives up to its previous reputation. The service is still excellent but the room was pretty poor. Sink and shower drains clogged, mold on the ceiling, TV with poor picture quality, and funiture that is damaged. We assume it was a former smoking room as it still has that old smoke smell covered by ozone. Breakfast was just a buffet, nothing special. Again, service was great. Hopefully they'll give this hotel a refurb soon since the location is fabulous.
